Pro-Bone-O
Pro-Bone-O is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides no-cost veterinary services to pets of people who are homeless in Lane County, Oregon. Its mission is:
- Improve the health and well-being of pets of people who are homeless and who cannot afford veterinary care,
- Prevent the birth of litters through education and by offering financial assistance for spaying and neutering,
- Stop the spread of infectious diseases and parasites in the community’s pet population,
- And support the future of veterinary medicine by providing learning opportunities to students of all types.
By accomplishing these four objectives, we meet the fifth element of our mission: to encourage and foster the human-animal bond
Community Supported Shelters
Established in 2013, Community Supported Shelters is a nonprofit located in Eugene, Oregon, that helps unhoused individuals rebuild their lives through intentional community. We provide shelter, safety, and support for those in need, transforming lives with our low-barrier, cost-effective approach. Organizations across the U.S. have adopted our methods.
