Amber Frank began her real estate career in 2015 and quickly realized how much she loved helping people through one of life’s biggest decisions. Her clients often describe her as honest, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with—qualities that guide the way she approaches every transaction.
Amber is a lifelong Eugene resident and attended South Eugene area schools growing up. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oregon and spent seventeen years teaching in the North Region of the Eugene School District. Helping people learn, grow, and reach their goals has always been at the heart of her work.
That passion also shows up outside of real estate. Amber has been teaching group fitness classes since high school—nearly three decades now—and still loves encouraging people to challenge themselves and live healthy, active lives.
Her transition from education to real estate felt natural. Amber believes that informed clients make confident decisions, so she focuses on educating and guiding people through each step of the buying and selling process. Her goal is to make sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident along the way.
In 2020, Amber earned her Principal Broker license and partnered with Shae Donnelly to open Frankly Real Estate. Their brokerage was built around a simple idea: real estate should be honest, straightforward, and centered around genuine relationships. Today, their team has grown and continues to serve the Eugene/Springfield community with the same values that inspired them to start the brokerage in the first place.

Jasmine Lawrence believes buying or selling a home works best when clients feel informed, supported, and never rushed. As a lifelong Eugene resident and Realtor with Frankly Real Estate, she helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Eugene, Oregon real estate market and surrounding communities with clear communication and thoughtful guidance.
Jasmine grew up in South Eugene and attended the University of Oregon. Having lived in several parts of the city, she has a practical understanding of Eugene’s neighborhoods and the different ways people experience living here.
Before becoming a Realtor, Jasmine spent ten years working for the Social Security Administration while she and her family began investing in real estate. Their first rental property was purchased in Coos Bay in 2016, which sparked a deeper interest in real estate and the long-term opportunities it can create.
Since then, in addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Jasmine has gained firsthand experience investing in rental properties, renovating homes, and building new construction. That perspective helps her guide clients beyond the immediate transaction and think carefully about a home’s potential and long-term value.

Rebecca Hanson

Rebecca joined Frankly Real Estate in 2022 and quickly became an essential part of the team’s daily operations and client experience. As Operations Manager and a licensed real estate broker, she plays a key role in keeping transactions organized and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
Before entering real estate, Rebecca worked in education supporting students with significant behavioral challenges. That experience helped her develop exceptional patience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm and organized in complex situations—qualities that translate seamlessly into the fast-paced world of real estate.
Originally from northern Minnesota, Rebecca moved to the McKenzie River Oregon community as an adult and quickly embraced the community. At Frankly Real Estate, she manages transaction coordination, social media, client events, and the brokerage’s birthday and anniversary program, helping nurture the strong relationships the team values so much.
Rebecca earned her real estate license in 2024 and continues to support both clients and the brokerage in multiple roles. Her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and behind-the-scenes organization help ensure every client experience is smooth, seamless, and well cared for.
